Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. If you excel at coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects meet deadlines, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and task assignments.
- Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure alignment among teams.
- Manage resources, including allocation, timelines, and workload distribution.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and concerns are addressed.
- Track and report on project progress, performance, and deliverables using project management tools.
- Ensure post-project reviews and lessons learned are conducted for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development, IT, or similar technical environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and requirements.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
