Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-centered UI/UX Designer to join our team! If you are passionate about crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and engaging digital experiences, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities

  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
  • Conduct user research, develop personas, and create user journey maps to guide design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience by focusing on interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
  • Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
  • Maintain and update design systems and style guides.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
  • Experience with motion design and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for inclusivity.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to improve design outcomes.

    Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
