Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow.
• Convert Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow sites with clean, maintainable code.
• Implement custom animations, interactions, and complex layouts using Webflow's CMS and tools.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to ensure a seamless web experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs and ensure high-quality user experiences across browsers and devices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and features in Webflow and web development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role.
• Expertise in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and custom code integrations.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Proven experience converting designs from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD into Webflow websites.
• Experience in creating mobile-responsive designs.
• Understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
